I read everything that comes in. I’m one person, so it may take a few days to answer.
Who Should Write
- Anyone going through it at work. You don’t have to have it figured out. Tell me what’s happening, and I’ll point you to what helped me.
- Reporters and researchers. I can share documents from The Foundation and talk about workplace bullying and HR accountability from experience.
- Lawmakers and their staff. If you’re working on employee protections, I’d be glad to talk about what I’ve seen.
- Fellow builders. Questions about a kit, a technique, or a Workshop post are always welcome.
A Few Things to Know
I’m not a lawyer, a doctor, or a counselor, and I can’t give legal or medical advice. If you’re in crisis, please don’t wait on an email. Call or text 988, or visit Don’t Fight Alone for people who can help right now.
What you send me stays private. I won’t publish your message or your name without asking you first.
Dealing with something at work right now? Start with Don’t Fight Alone. It has a free documentation log, sample letters to HR, and a state-by-state guide to your rights, so you can get moving while you wait to hear back.
