Like many people, I have faced challenges with major depression and anxiety. During that period, model building became more than just a hobby. It became a way to focus, create something constructive, and keep moving forward.
Working at the workbench provided structure, patience, and a sense of progress. Completing a build—even a small step at a time—reminded me that progress is still possible.
This project grew out of that experience.
