As 9INTH MAN continues to grow, I want to take a moment to acknowledge something important.

I’ve experienced treatment that I believe was unjust and unacceptable. There are real-world challenges and legal matters connected to my journey that I haven’t spoken about publicly—until now. While I’m limited in what I can share at this time, I want to be clear that these experiences are not abstract—they are real, ongoing, and have had a direct impact on my life.

Because of that, I’ve taken steps to seek accountability through the appropriate channels, including reaching out to elected officials and relevant agencies. I’m approaching this the right way—through the systems that are meant to ensure fairness and protect people when those standards aren’t met.

This is bigger than just my situation. It’s about standing up for fairness, dignity, and the basic level of respect that every person deserves. It’s about recognizing that no one should feel powerless when facing something they know isn’t right.

9INTH MAN was built on rebuilding, resilience, and growth—but also on truth. Not everything can be said all at once, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be said. Over time, more of this story will be shared in a way that is responsible, honest, and meaningful.

For now, my focus is on continuing to build something that can support others—especially those who feel like they’re fighting battles alone. If you’re in that place, know this: you’re not as alone as it may feel.
